The tracking grinding method takes the center line of the main shaft neck as the center of rotation, and completes the grinding of the crankshaft connecting rod neck in turn with one clamping (it can also be used for the grinding of the main shaft neck). The grinding connecting rod shaft journal is realized through the CNC control of the feed of the grinding wheel and the rotation of the workpiece to complete the crankshaft machining feed. The tracking grinding method adopts one clamping, grinding the crankshaft spindle and connecting rod neck in sequence on a CNC grinding machine, which can effectively reduce the equipment cost, reduce the processing cost, and improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency.
